About Our Founder

Ronda Musca has over 25 years of fitness and wellness experience. She started at a young age with her enthusiasm and passion for health and fitness. She practiced ballet and tap for 12 years and was not only a competitive gymnast but also competed in the Junior Olympics placing 2nd all around. At a young age, she began coaching and teaching dance exercises and moved onto cheerleading through her college years. All of these experiences led her to study Physical Therapy and Business Health Management in college. She implemented, managed and has held the CEO and CFO position in many successful companies. Ronda has multiple certifications and designations. She is an American Council on Exercise certified personal trainer, Certified Master Trainer, Certified Senior Fitness Trainer, studied Transcendental Meditation and has a diploma in nutrition. She also holds an Advanced Medical Certification in CPR, AED, trained in and First Aid. She is a member of the American College of Sports Medicine.

Ronda has worked with many large corporations and professional teams and players. She has set up multiple wellness programs spanning from Tampa Bay to Georgia. Some of her clients included Post Properties, Tampa Bay Golf, Price Waterhouse Coopers, K Force, PSU, JP Morgan, Tampa Police Academy. Players from The Bucs, The Toronto Blue Jays and Florida Marlins have used her services.

Ronda’s focus is to live healthy and to have total wellness. She believes in addressing all facets of wellness in order to reach optimal health.

Susan Stuntebeck RN, BSN, HC

St. Augustine Location

Susan is mother, daughter, sister, friend, advocate, Certified Stretch Practitioner, Nurse, Health Coach, Associate Nutrition Response Testing® Clinician, lover of sailing, kayaking, hiking, deep conversations, and a lifelong learner.

As a registered nurse, Susan’s entry into holistic health and wellness began when her children experienced multiple issues caused by undiagnosed food allergies. After conventional pharmaceutical treatments were ineffective, she began seeking alternative treatments, including dietary changes for the family. She eliminated allergens from the family’s diet and, over time, their symptoms resolved. After experiencing her own transformation and watching her kids’ health issues resolve, she began to concentrate her studies to help others transform their health through integrative nutrition, stretching and exercise.

Yvette Rosa, D.C

Carrollwood Location

Yvette Rosa, DC is a Chiropractor who works with patients from all walks of life to provide natural, sustainable pain relief and preventative care. Yvette believes that the cure to many sources of chronic pain doesn’t lay in addictive substances or expensive surgeries, but in chiropractic care. Over the last 20 years, Yvette has garnered the respect of her patients and community by providing exceptional care to treat ailments such as lower back pain, sports injuries, arthritis, scoliosis, and many others.

As a child, Yvette struggled with pain from scoliosis and her parents sought out different doctors, medications, and care until they finally found something that helped her… chiropractic. This experience would alter the course of her life, convincing her that chiropractic was her calling from a young age. Yvette received her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Life University in Marietta, Georgia. After graduation, she moved to Florida to begin working to help people like herself who needed an alternative to alleviate their pain.

In her spare time, Yvette can be found at the beach or spending time with her family.

She is also a Registered Nurse who has worked at local hospitals in the Intensive Care Unit and the Progressive Care Unit.

Arthur Wernick, PharmD

As a pharmacist for 40 years, Dr. Wernick has experience in both retail and clinical settings. He is skilled at effectively communicating with both patients and healthcare providers. Dr. Wernick has three publications, two of which are directly related to medication utilization, and has provided informative, educational presentations to both patients and peers.

The focus of his work is Medication Therapy Management (MTM). He provides a complete analysis and assessment of a patient’s medication use. This is done in coordination with their clinical conditions and lifestyle, so that he looks at the whole patient. This includes follow-up with periodic consultations.

As a certified MTM, Dr. Wernick’s goals are:

–To work with the patient and their healthcare team to optimize the patient’s medication use

–To improve communication between the patient and their healthcare team

–To create an informed patient, reduce medication errors and improve their health.

MTM is part of the Affordable Care Act, is integrated into some Accountable Care Organizations and has been shown, in high-risk patients, to reduce hospital admissions, readmissions and reduce costs. (References for these statements are available).

Kimberly Miles, LMT

Kimberly Miles LMT MA#46516 has been a licensed massage therapist for nearly 20 years. In college, she studied the culinary arts but found her true calling in health and fitness. After completing her training at the Bhakti Academy of Massage, she knew that healing and helping others was her passion. She has been a runner since high school and finds exercise enormously beneficial for mind, body, and spirit. When she is not helping my clients with their overall health and well-being, you can find her on the Pinellas Trail or enjoying any outdoor activities. Kim looks forward to working with clients and helping them on their journey to wellness.

Kim’s specialties include Therapeutic Stretching, Relaxation & Deep Tissue Massage and Personal Training.

Joan Faives LMT

Palm Harbor Location

Joan Faives LMT MA#59612 has worked in the Manual Therapy field for over 25 years. As a graduate of Finger Lakes School of Massage and the Fitness and Lifestyle Improvement Program at Dartmouth College, her desire is to help facilitate health and healing for her clients. Restoration Therapy uses various therapy modalities to help regain movement and functionality by increasing range of motion to joints, as well as flexibility throughout the body.

Her specialties include Orthopedic Massage, Connective & Myofascial Massage and Cupping Therapy.

Gene Chandler

Palm Harbor Location

Gene’s beginnings in the health and fitness industry go span over 20 years ago. He has always been a health enthusiast and his interest has taken him through many different phases. There were early years of reaching and maintaining a level of fitness to meet military requirements. Later, running became an enjoyment for personal fitness which then lead to a passion in bodybuilding.  It all evolved into roles training and educating members on exercise techniques and proper use of equipment at health clubs Family Fitness, and Powerhouse Gym. Further studies in human physiology became necessary for certification in personal training. He now continues to enjoy encouraging others to participate in a healthy lifestyle, and to provide knowledge on the importance proper nutrition and rest as key factors in the quest for wellness. Assistance comes in many forms whether one is interested in flexibility, weight loss, strength, endurance or general health and fitness, He believes in doing his best to assist in reaching those goals.

Training incorporates various methodologies including but not limited to stretching techniques, circuit and strength training, HIIT, cardiorespiratory conditioning, and plyometric. Everyone is different of course so activities must be tailored suit each individual’s goals and within their personal limitations. He firmly believes that good exercise, along with proper nutrition, is vital to not only prolong longevity but to being functional.

Kelly is the Client Care Coordinator at Stretch Rx. She schedules appointments and answers client questions. She has a background in health and nutrition and enjoys learning about each client’s individual needs. When she is not assisting clients, she enjoys cooking, music and hiking.

Sandi Cassick

Palm Harbor Location

Sandi is here to assist with scheduling, payments and CBD product information. As our office manager extraordinaire, she keeps everyone organized and the office looking great! With years of experience as an office manager and an eye for detail, Sandi ensures that everything is in order. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her mom, playing Pokémon and visiting her girlfriends.
