Swedish Massage: Ideal for relaxation. Although the therapeutic qualities are limited, Swedish massage has been recommended for people with high blood pressure, PTSD and anxiety. Also provides movement of blood and lymph.

Myofascial Release: Without the use of lotion or oils this modality is used to rid adhesions of the fascial tissue that wraps around the muscles, improving range of motion and relieving pain.

Neuromuscular Therapy: Moves access blood and lymph to nearest drainage area before using trigger points to release the muscles and relieve nerve pain.

Muscle Energetic Technique (MET): Uses resistive stretching to lengthen muscles.

Taoist Acupressure: An ancient discipline from the Far East that’s meridian-based. Uses the same pressure points as acupuncture. Without the use of needles one will use light to medium finger pressure. This is often used to supplement massage therapy.

Chinese Craniosacral Therapy: Craniosacral is traditionally a Western discipline. This variation incorporates acupressure and other Eastern modalities. Used to provide movement of cerebrospinal fluid, which in turn treats pain, misalignment of the spine, learning disabilities and many other things.
